I felt healthy my whole life, but I found out there are issues inside of us we can’t see or feel, until it’s too late. I told her that I never had a family doctor. I found one and the doctor told me I have to change the way I eat and drink. Too much sugar cholesterol and sodium was a way of life for me. I decided I wanted to be here for my children and grandkids as long as I could. So changed the way I eat and drank, and began exercising more. Thanks Ilham! I owe my healthy blood pressure readings to you! You are the best. The ladies at the front desk are super nice as well!
